"Poor customer service. I shared a combined policy with my housemate. House and cars on the policy. My housemate was able to cancel my car insurance without my knowledge. By the time I found out, I had a policy lapse. When I called this office to question how they can do this, I was told “he said you were aware.” This was a malicious act and I was NOT aware what he had done. The fact that this office did not attempt to contact me to verify is concerning."
