You are promoted to select an agent once you receive your quotes and I chose the Christi Marsh State Farm Agency on Bemiss Rd in Valdosta, Ga. I couldn’t be happier! I was assisted by Agent Kaylin King who is not only personable, but knowledgeable and efficient! After a lapse in coverage, Kaylin had me insured again within less than an hour and I was able to sign and receive all documents via text/email. "I guess I could go into a super long spiel, but I’ll leave it pretty simple. Kaylin was a very good agent to work with. Switched my landlord policy over in a matter of hours. Saved me $600/yr on the premium. I hadn’t looked at my insurance policy since I bought it 4 or 5 years ago, and randomly noticed what I was paying (it had almost doubled in 5 years, even though the house is only 5 years old). Christi didn’t keep me on the phone forever (I live in San Diego), we took care of most of it through email. She is much more responsive than I am. I would highly recommend her for the kind, attentive, courteous professional that she is."
